  1. Customization Projects
  • Quotes provided are estimates and may vary based on project specifics, materials, or additional requirements.
  • Project timelines are subject to availability and scope.
  • All custom work requires written approval prior to commencement.

     2. Payment

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  • Final payment must be made before the release of the vehicle or completion of services.
  • Payment methods accepted include cash, card or bank transfer.

    3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24-48 hours before the scheduled service.

8. Warranty and Liability

  • We provide a limited warranty for materials and workmanship. Warranty details are provided at the time of service.
  • Hillcity Customs is not liable for pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to paint damage or wear unrelated to our services.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party suppliers or tools for specific services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms of those third parties. Hillcity Customs is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hillcity Customs will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
